Webpages

For the last few months I have been taking up basic web design courses, and so far I have come up with two projects.
My first web page was the The Manila-Vancouver Connection, it's purpose is to explore the connection of Filipinos from Manila to the residents of Vancouver. It can also provide relevant information for people who are living in either city.
And my latest project is the Ladies-Room.net, an online women's magazine, which provides an alternative to commercial magazines with writers of diverse backgrounds and great experiences.
Please take some time to look at my creations and feel free to give me suggestions/comments to improve my web design skills.
